Casa Valeria, is a modern, newly refurbished and bright holiday home built into the rock face a stone’s throw from the beach. This property is 50 metres squared (540 square feet) and can accommodate up to four guests. Casa Valeria boasts direct access to the beach and to the sea – just step outside and within a few metres, you can dip your toes into the crystal clear, turquoise water! You can also enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea and of Marina del Cantone bay.
Casa Valeria features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. It is located only 800 metres (half a mile) from Marina del Cantone where you will find restaurants, shops, public transport and the another beach.
Casa Valeria is accessed via a public footpath with 120 steps and is only 500 metres from the SITA bus stop for the Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano route. We recommend having a car which you can park free of charge nearby.
Dine ‘al fresco’ on the terrace where you will enjoy spectacular views of the sea whilst being partly shaded from the hot, Summer sun by a wooden roof. The terrace is 20 metres squared and is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster, a kettle, a flat-screen satellite television and an air conditioning/heating unit. There is a table to seat four guests. Whilst dining, enjoy the wonderful views through the double-glazed French door. Open the French doors and wander out onto the small terrace to enjoy a stunning sea view for your pre-dinner ‘aperativo’ or your after dinner liqueur.
One of the two bedrooms is accessible from the kitchen. In this room, you will find a sofa which unfolds into a double bed, a flat-screen satellite television, an air conditioning/heating unit and access onto a small sea view terrace through a double-glazed French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board.
The second bedroom is on a mezzanine level which is accessible via a ladder style staircase with eight steps. The mezzanine has a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). On this level, there is a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The mezzanine has a double-glazed window with a beautiful view of the sea.
From Casa Valeria, you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe. The beach is accessed via approximately eighty steps and is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The facilities are available from the end of April until the beginning of October.
