Villa Malvarosa is two-story villa with immense open spaces and a huge private swimming pool with the view of the sea. It is 270 metres squared. You can enjoy the view of the sea and the Islands from every angle of the villa. It sleeps 20 people and has 6 bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have an independent entrance. The villa is perfect for wedding ceremonies.

Villa Malvarosa is in a perfect position. It is a real paradise on the hills of Sorrento, which is less than 1 km from the centre of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, bars, the supermarket, shops and the SITA bus station to reach Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Sorrento. The nearest beach is less than 5 km away. From here, you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea, on the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. It is an oasis of relaxation in a villa full of charm and style.

The large private swimming pool is 17x8 metres and is surrounded by flowers, plants and trees, which add to the indescribable beauty of this property. From the swimming pool, you can also enjoy a splendid view of the sea.

The swimming pool is open from April until the middle of October.

There is private parking (for up to 10 cars) 20 metres away from Villa Malvarosa. To reach the villa, climb six small steps from the panoramic road. These steps take you to one of the villas terraces (equipped with chairs and table) through a gate. Disabled facilities are available. To make the most of your stay, we recommend hiring a car.

Villa Malvarosa consists of a main building and three studios:

STUDIO 1

This studio is the nearest to the gate and is located on the ground floor of the villa. It has a private entrance. You can access the studio from the main terrace. After climbing two small steps, you will find the private terrace of the studio equipped with table and chairs. From here, you have access to the living room with the lunch area, equipped with table and chairs for four people, kitchenette with oven, one double bed, two single beds and one bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with armchairs and a sofa. The studio is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a safe.

STUDIO 2

Studio 2 is located next to Studio 1. It has the private entrance and can be accessed from the main terrace. After climbing two small steps, you will find the private terrace of the studio equipped with table and chairs. From here, you have access to the living room with one double bed, two single beds and one bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with armchairs and a sofa. The studio is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a safe.

STUDIO 3

Studio 3 is located next to Studio 2. It has the private entrance and can be accessed from the main terrace. After climbing two small steps, you will find the private terrace of the studio equipped with table and chairs. From here, you have access to the living room with one double bed, two single beds and one bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with armchairs and a sofa. The studio is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a safe.

THE MAIN BUILDING

From the main terrace, climb approximately seven steps and you will reach the entrance:

FIRST FLOOR

From the entrance, to the left, you will find a large living room equipped with armchairs and sofas, satellite TV, SKY TV, DVD, fireplace and WI-FI internet. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. From the living room, you can access one of the other terraces (equipped with table and chairs) with the view of the sea through a French door.

From the living room, climb three stairs and you will reach the bar area, which is equipped with a refrigerator and a small wine cellar. From here, you can enter one of the other terraces (equipped with table and chairs) with the view of the sea through a French door.

From the bar area, to the right, you will reach the dining room equipped with table and chairs for 20 people. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with table and chairs, electric oven, a five-burner gas cooker, an America coffee machine, an Italian coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine. From the kitchen, you can enter one of the other terraces (equipped with table and chairs) with the view of the sea through a French door. This terrace is ideal for dining 'al fresco'.

On the first floor, you will also find a bathroom with shower.

SECOND FLOOR

From the first floor, climb about six stairs and you will reach the sleeping area with a double bedroom with one double bed (Queen size) and an en-suite bathroom. From the bedroom, you can enter the private terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Climb three stairs to the right and you will find the second bedroom with a double bed (Queen size), a single bed and another single bed divided by a door. From the bedroom, you can enter the private terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The third bedroom has a double bed (Queen size) and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. From the bedroom, you can access the private terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The open-air spaces, facing the front garden, are the strengths of this property: about 8000 square metres of garden and terraces - with amazing views of the bay, the islands and the Torca area.

Wild trees of myrtle, mulberry, figs, cherry, orange, mandarin, pear, lemon, olive, walnut, grapes are all around.. waiting for you to pick and taste them!

You can find several areas perfect for relaxation or reading a book under the shade of one of the trees. The barbecue and a small out-door kitchen will allow you to spend even more time in the open-air !
